Yuanyuan Gu, PhD

Dr. Yuanyuan Gu is a Senior Research Fellow at MUCHE, currently undertaking a two-year Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship at University York, UK. He is a founding member of the Chinese health preference research network.
His research is in the broad area of health economics, health policy, choice modelling and econometrics, with a particular interest in preferences, choice, behaviour and performance in the health system. His research has been published in leading health economics and health policy journals such as Social Science and Medicine, Health Economics, Health Policyand has been referenced by Australian Productivity Commission’s report. He has led several projects with funding from the European Commission, NSW Treasury, Ministry of Health, Central Coast Local Health District and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
