Yousef Khader is a professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST). He has master degrees in Public Health (Tulane University), Epidemiology and Biostatistics (JUST), and Medical Education (Maastricht University) and doctoral degree in Biostatistics from Tulane University. He is a fellow of Faculty of Public Health of the Royal Colleges of physicians of the United Kingdom through distinction.

He has diverse expertise and skills in public health, health system research, health informatics and technology, human resources, health economics, evidence based practice and epidemiology and biostatistics linked. He had led many national and regional research and capacity projects in public health, health informatics, and biotechnology.
